KYLER LAMBERT

Kyler Lambert is an Associate at Deloache Capital, where he works across acquisitions, asset management, deal structuring, and investor relations for the firm’s multifamily, self-storage, office, and industrial investments. His responsibilities include underwriting new acquisitions and recapitalizations, managing lender relationships and asset-level business plans, and leading quarterly reporting to the firm’s limited partners. He also splits time with Presidium, an institutional multifamily platform, where he focuses on multifamily acquisitions.

Before joining Deloache in 2026, Kyler was an Associate at Triten Real Estate Partners in Houston, where he oversaw asset management functions across a multifamily, industrial, and office portfolio, including business planning, leasing, capital oversight, and investor reporting. From 2022 to 2025, he was a Financial Analyst at Riverbend Development in El Paso, where he underwrote retail and self-storage acquisitions, supported the firm’s ground-up development projects, and drafted and negotiated retail leases. Kyler began his career in community banking before transitioning to institutional client service at Dimensional Fund Advisors, supporting relationships with large institutional clients.

Kyler earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management from St. Mary’s University, where he played varsity baseball. He serves on the board of Every Little Blessing Preschool in El Paso and is based in Dallas, Texas.
