Honey Yardley
Honey Yardley has served as a financial analyst and strategic advisor to real estate investment and private equity firms for almost two decades. As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Deloache Capital, Honey plays a major role in administration and investor relations and has been with Deloache Capital since its inception.
Prior to joining Deloache Capital, Ms. Yardley worked as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with a private equity-backed diversified insurance and financial services firm. Honey’s previous experience includes managing the financial integration of 12 subsidiaries, the implementation of financial reporting and the development of a $350 million multi-state, multi-unit budget with a private equity-backed healthcare venture. Honey has more than 10 years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, and valuation, having worked with one of North Texas’ largest residential land investors with portfolio valued over $400 million.
Ms. Yardley has a Master’s in Business Administration and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
