Frank W. Busch III

Frank is the Founder and Managing Principal of Deloache Capital and its affiliates, and chairs its investment committee. He has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is responsible for the overall direction of Deloache Capital and its subsidiary companies including strategic planning for all growth areas of the Company. 

From 2006 until August 2022 Frank served as the Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Title & Escrow, which he founded. Thomas Title is one of the leading national commercial title insurance agencies in the U.S. Thomas Title was sold to Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE:STC) in 2021. Frank is also the Founder and Managing Partner of TLA, LLC, which is a leading provider of corporate escrow, real estate escrow and other financial services throughout the U.S. and Latin America. Thomas Title has closed in excess of $30 billion in transaction volume since its inception. Prior to founding Thomas Title, Frank served as Corporate Counsel of a $4 billion bank holding company. Prior to that, he worked in the corporate and securities groups of the Phoenix office of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. and the Mexico City office of Baker & McKenzie, advising public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions and capital formation. Frank attended the University of Arizona, Honors College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He also attended Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, completing a semester of Mexican legal studies, and Universidad LaSalle in Mexico City, completing a semester of business courses. He admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of California, and is fluent in Spanish.
