Cross K. Moceri
Cross is a Partner at Deloache Capital and also serves as Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Presidium, where he is primarily responsible for capital formation, acquisitions, financial structuring, and master plan developments. Over the past decade, Cross has spearheaded more than $3 billion of real estate investments.
In addition to his real estate investment and management experience, from 2012-2015, Cross oversaw Presidium Asset Solutions, a Special Servicer he co- owned, and facilitated the workout and disposition of over $1.8 billion of distressed debt. He also actively invests in oil and gas, solar energy and technology. Prior to co-founding Presidium, Cross practiced law at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy for 7 years where he advised companies on general corporate matters, high-yield debt and public and private equity offerings.
Cross graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1996 with a B.A. in Philosophy. He attended the University of Michigan Law School where he earned a J.D. in 1999.
